Learners across the world will participate in the Hour of Code to learn more about basic coding. The column to the right is broken into grade level specific Hour of Code computer activities. Below the grade levels are a few unplugged (no computer) activities and apps that can be used to learn coding. Think about using one of the resources to the right or contact me to come into your classroom to teach an introduction lesson to your learners.
20 Hours of Code!Learners may see the Hour of Code as fun and ask for me lessons or activities. As a facilitator, you can create accounts for learners and see their progress through twenty hours of code. The courses offer a combination of computer programs and unplugged activities to help introduce a portion of the programming.
